We welcome Rev. Calum Stark and his family to IPC!
During the month of July, Rev. Crawford will be participating in a pulpit exchange with a colleague from the Church of Scotland. Rev. Crawford will be serving the Avendale and Drumclog Church in Strathaven, Scotland (he will continue to be available by phone/email during this time), while Rev. Calum Stark will be at the pulpit here at IPC.
Born in Edinburgh, Rev. Calum Stark came to faith at age of 16. He went onto study law at Dundee University before going into a career in Human Resource Management. Calum studied theology at New College, Edinburgh, and was ordained at Macduff Parish Church (April 2011) in the north east of Scotland where he served for five years before moving to Bellshill. He is currently minister of Avendale old and Drumclog church near Glasgow in the central belt of Scotland. Calum is married to Liz and has two boys Douglas (20) and Fergus (16). He enjoys running and following Motherwell soccer club. He also has an interest in the NBA and supports the Houston Rockets!
A special coffee hour to welcome Rev. Stark and his family will take place after worship on July 7th.
