On June 1st at 12pm, you are invited to join the many and varied Musicians of the Irvington Presbyterian Church for two free* concerts titled Heavenly Strains, the IPC stop on the annual RiverArts Music Tour. The concerts will take place in our Sanctuary, last 40 minutes each, and will feature many of your talented IPC friends and select guests in musical fare that’s mostly different than what you hear on Sunday mornings. At noon you will hear a classical and non-classical mix of chamber, vocal, and organ music, and at 1:00 Jon Riss will give a solo organ recital. You will benefit from the joy of hearing wonderful music while simultaneously showing support for your church and its music program.
