The party will begin at 5:00 on Sunday, June 10 at the DoubleTree Tarrytown Hotel, 455 S Broadway, Tarrytown, NY 10591. Please RSVP to Susan Breen at susan@susanjbreen. Please include the number people attending in your party. Children are welcome to attend.
The price for the dinner (which will include salad, a meal, dessert and a champagne toast!) is $65.
There will also be a children’s menu for children 11 and under. That will be $25.
We will need to have the checks for the meals by May 31, in order to pay for the event. Please send your checks, made out to IPC, to Susan Breen, 1 Riverview Court, Irvington, NY 10533. MAKE SURE TO PUT RETIREMENT PARTY DINNER PAYMENT in the subject line.
In addition, we are setting up a separate fund for gifts to the Harknesses. If you would like to contribute to that fund, please send a check, made out to IPC, to Susan Breen, 1 Riverview Court, Irvington, NY 10533. MAKE SURE TO PUT HARKNESS GIFT in the subject line.
In addition, if you would like to make a donation to cover additional party expenses (such as flowers, music, etc.) would you send a separate check for that, with ADDITIONAL PARTY EXPENSES noted on the subject line.
